Location. The Medberry Inn & Spa is located in Ballston Spa, N.Y., two blocks from Gordon Creek and one half mile from Williams Kelley Park. The inn is approximately seven miles southwest of the city of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., home of the Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga National Golf Club, and Saratoga Spa State Park and Golf Course.
Features. This 100 year old boutique hotel features a front porch with rockers and Feng Shui design in the common areas. Complimentary, healthy breakfasts are served each morning. Lunch and dinner are available by special request for a fee. Afternoon tea, fruit and non alcoholic beverages are also provided. The San Souci Room, which features an adjoining three season room and porch, and the Duffy Room, located on the second floor, are public areas suitable for meetings and private parties. An event coordinator and catering services are available. The inn's full service mineral spa and salon provides mineral baths, facials, body treatments, massages, manicures, pedicures and aromatherapy. Guests staying two nights or more are invited to enjoy one complimentary mineral bath in the Adirondack garden day spa. Restrictions apply. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms. The candlelight guestrooms at Medberry Inn & Spa are +decorated in burgundy and rose, with solid cherry Harden furnishings and Williamsburg design. All guestrooms include private bathrooms with antique bathtubs, jetted tubs and bathrobes. High speed Internet access, cable televisions and DVD players are available.
Expert Tip. The 18 hole, par 72 Saratoga National Golf Club is located less than 10 miles from the Medberry Inn & Spa. 70 acres of the the 472 acre property are under water and one third of the property is wetlands. The course was designed by world renowned architect Roger Rulewich.
