The Avon Old Farms Hotel is an elegant country hotel set at the base of Avon Mountain in the historic, scenic Farmington River Valley surrounded by twenty acres of manicured grounds, brick walkways and colorful flower beds. The Avon Old Farms Hotel's 155 spacious, attractive guest rooms were designed and appointed to enhance the comfort of each guest. Each room is furnished with two or four poster beds, complimentary wireless high speed Internet access, bottled water, fresh flowers and coffee makers. Luxurious "Frette" linens, down comforters and featherbeds outfit each room. All guests have usage of a lovely, outdoor pool with snack bar, exercise rooms and sauna, and complimentary parking. The room rates also include complimentary the gourmet coffee bar served in the hotel lobby. Guests may help themselves to freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolate, fresh whole fruit and delicious muffins and pastries each morning.
